How Do I Place an Order?

Please submit a Purchase Order to your Falkor Account Executive.

How Long Will It Take To Confirm My Order?

Purchase Orders are processed immediately during business hours. Order confirmations are usually same day.

How Do I Track My Order?

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, checks and ACH payments.


Which Shipping Methods Are Available?

WILL CALL or freight shipping to your warehouse or customer location.

Do You Blind Ship?

Yes, blind ship is available to your customer's location. Please note this request in your Purchase Order.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Outside of the US, we ship to Canada and Mexico.
